As CFO at EcoStock, Charles is focused on strategy, business planning, capital raising, financial reporting and business improvements, as well project work and financial leadership within the business.
Charles has more than 20 years’ experience working in commercial and investment markets. This includes almost 10 years working for KPMG Corporate Finance in Auckland, where he advised small and medium enterprises on M&A deals and debt and equity raising. He began his career at PwC London in the audit department and gained his Chartered Accountant qualification in the UK before moving to New Zealand in 2002. In his prior role, he worked at Foodstuffs North Island as Retail Finance Manager, where he led the team providing financial reporting, financial advisory, and systems support to over 150 supermarkets.
With 30 plus years’ experience in project, operational and change management – mostly in the transport and logistics sector – Margot is highly performance-focused and client-driven.
She is skilled at designing, testing, establishing and project managing the upgrade of freight management processes and systems, and adept at business analysis, warehousing and transport software analysis, and cost modelling.
Malcolm is an experienced Managing Director, General Manager, and Production/Operations Manager (12 years) who holds a Master of Science (Hons).
Malcolm joined our company in 2015 and is responsible for all production and site maintenance at EcoStock. He ensures all production orders are completed on time with maximum efficiency; oversees all research and development production initiatives in conjunction with the Site Engineer; continues and improves existing quality and HR standards; and manages and improves health and safety with a clear focus of maintaining zero serious harm record.
